Using Parisa
These terms govern your use of Parisa, Amara, the Parisa website, and related services operated by IT MOM LLC. By using Parisa, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account, for information submitted through it, and for keeping access credentials secure.
Acceptable Use
Use Parisa only lawfully and in a way that does not harm others or interfere with the service. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or usage limits, reverse engineer protected service components, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's account, scrape the service at scale, or use Parisa to violate another person's rights. We may investigate misuse and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Driving and Safety
Driving safely is always your responsibility. Obey traffic laws, road signs, closures, weather warnings, and instructions from public authorities. Set up Parisa before driving and do not interact with the app when it is unsafe. Routes, arrival times, nearby results, weather, and spoken guidance can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Parisa does not replace attentive driving, personal judgment, emergency services, or official instructions. If app guidance conflicts with real-world conditions, follow the real-world conditions.
Amara and Generated Content
Amara responses and other generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Do not rely on them for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Verify important information with an appropriate source.
Third-Party Services
Parisa relies on third-party services for authentication, maps, routing, weather, news, radio, cloud infrastructure, crash reporting, AI, and audio generation. Their availability, content, and data practices are controlled by those providers and may be governed by separate terms. Parisa is not responsible for third-party content or services outside its control.
Ownership
Parisa, Amara, the website, app design, software, branding, and original content are owned by IT MOM LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership. You retain rights in content you submit and give us permission to process it only as needed to operate and improve the service.
Availability and Changes
Parisa may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every feature will be available in every location or on every device. Features described as in development or coming soon are not guaranteed.
No Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Parisa is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, IT MOM LLC and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, or losses caused by reliance on navigation, generated content, third-party services, or service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Parisa or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms were violated, an account creates risk or harm, or suspension is necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons. Provisions that logically continue after termination, including ownership and liability terms, remain in effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Parisa changes. We will post the updated terms here and revise the date above. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the app or another appropriate channel. Continuing to use Parisa after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
