Delete your Parisa account
You can permanently delete your Parisa account from the app or ask Parisa support for help.
Delete your account in Parisa
- Open Parisa and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open the account screen and choose Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm the deletion.
If you cannot sign in, email support@parisa.app from the address associated with the account and use “Parisa account deletion” as the subject. Include only the information needed to identify the account. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting.
What happens next
Deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account and clears the Firebase identifier, email address, and display name from the Parisa profile. You will lose access to the account. Some de-identified, security, diagnostic, transaction, trip, or legally required records may remain where they are needed to operate and protect the service or meet legal obligations. Parisa does not publish a fixed completion or retention period.
Request deletion of other information
If you want us to review other personal information associated with your use of Parisa, describe that request in your support email. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or unnecessary location history.
