What is Parisa?

Parisa is a road-trip companion app. Amara is the assistant inside the app.

How do I get help?

Email support@parisa.app with a clear description of the issue, your device type, app version, and any steps that help reproduce the problem.

How do I report a bug?

Send a bug report to support@parisa.app with the subject line "Parisa Bug Report." Include what you expected to happen, what happened instead, screenshots if helpful, and whether the issue relates to location, voice, maps, weather, news, music, account access, or AI conversation features.

How do I request account or data deletion?

Use Delete account in Parisa's account settings or follow the instructions on the account deletion page. For a request concerning other personal information, email support@parisa.app.
